1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rig & Dig Industrial Solutions website at rigndig.com ("Website") and all services provided by Rig & Dig Industrial Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a business registered and operating in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
By accessing our Website, submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you ("Customer", "Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
2. Services & Supply Model
2.1 Supplier, Not Stockist. Rig & Dig Industrial Solutions operates exclusively as an industrial equipment supplier, not a stockist. We do not hold inventory. All equipment is sourced, procured, and supplied on a per-order basis in response to confirmed client requirements.
2.2 Equipment Sourcing. We source from an approved network of manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in Pakistan and internationally. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure suitability and quality, the source may vary based on availability and client specifications.
2.3 Scope. Our services include industrial equipment procurement, sourcing, logistics coordination, documentation provision, and related supply chain services for the mining, oil & gas, heavy machinery, and explosion-proof equipment sectors.
3. Quotes & Pricing
3.1 Quotation Validity. All quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. After this period, prices are subject to change due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, or availability.
3.2 No Website Prices. No prices are displayed on this Website. All pricing is provided via formal quotation in response to a quote request, specific to the customer's stated requirements.
3.3 Currency & Sales Tax. All quoted prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable Sales Tax / GST unless expressly stated. All applicable taxes will be reflected on the formal invoice in accordance with Pakistani tax law.
3.4 Quote Acceptance. A quotation is not a binding offer. A binding agreement arises only upon the Company's written confirmation of an accepted purchase order.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Purchase Orders. All orders must be placed via a formal written Purchase Order (PO) referencing the quotation number, quantities, specifications, and delivery address. Verbal orders are not accepted.
4.2 Advance Payment. A non-refundable advance payment of 50% (or as specified on the quotation) is required before procurement commences. The balance is payable prior to release of goods, unless a credit arrangement has been approved in writing.
4.3 Payment Methods. Payment may be made via bank transfer (TT/RTGS) to our designated bank account. Banking details will be provided on the proforma invoice. All transfers must reference the invoice/PO number.
4.4 Order Cancellation. Cancellations must be in writing. Where procurement has already commenced, cancellation fees apply. The advance payment is non-refundable in all cases.
5. Delivery & Logistics
5.1 Lead Times. Delivery lead times are estimates only and commence from confirmed payment receipt. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, Pakistan Customs clearance, or logistics providers.
5.2 Risk Transfer. Risk in goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point. The Customer is responsible for adequate insurance from the point of delivery.
5.3 Freight & Import. Delivery and freight costs are quoted separately unless stated otherwise. For imported goods, all customs duties, import levies, and applicable regulatory charges are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Quality & Warranties
6.1 Quality Assurance. We source equipment meeting relevant industry standards (ISO, ASTM, API, ATEX, IECEx, OSHA) as applicable to the product and application. Supporting documentation (mill test certificates, inspection reports, certifications) is provided where available.
6.2 Manufacturer Warranties. Warranty terms are those of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Rig & Dig facilitates warranty claims but is not the warrantor. Claims must be raised within the manufacturer's specified warranty period.
6.3 Inspection. Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours of receipt. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Pakistan, Rig & Dig Industrial Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of production, revenue, or profit arising from use of or inability to use the supplied equipment.
Our total liability in connection with any single order shall not exceed the total invoice value of that specific order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Rig & Dig Industrial Solutions or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Website and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable Pakistani data protection regulations.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Contract Act 1872, Sale of Goods Act 1930, and Companies Act 2017. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
