The client is advised to:
• Confirm current applicable duties with a licensed clearing agent before committing to a purchase
• Verify any applicable export controls or import restrictions on specific product categories
• Ensure compliance with the Import Policy Order issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan
Rig & Dig accepts no liability for additional costs arising from regulatory changes post-quotation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rig & Dig Industrial Solutions disclaims all liability for:
• Injury, death, property damage, or production losses caused by products procured through us, beyond the scope of the manufacturer's warranty
• Consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind
