RIG & DIG SUPPLIERS provides industrial products including but not limited to flanges, pipe fittings, valves, drilling equipment, hydraulic tools, and heavy machinery components. We also offer professional mechanical services, equipment installation, and maintenance support. All products listed on our website are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
Product images and descriptions are provided for reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly in appearance from the images displayed on our website. Technical specifications and material certifications are available upon request.
All prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, or customs fees unless explicitly stated. A formal quotation or proforma invoice will be provided upon request and will specify the final pricing, including all applicable charges.
Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice provided to you. We accept payments via bank transfer, letter of credit, and other agreed-upon methods. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment or valid purchase order from authorized buyers.
We ship industrial products domestically within Pakistan and internationally to over 25 countries. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, destination, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. RIG & DIG SUPPLIERS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, port authorities, freight carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value orders and can be arranged upon request.
Due to the specialized nature of industrial products, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not conform to the agreed specifications. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of receiving the product, providing detailed information about the issue along with photographic evidence.
Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon inspection and verification of the returned product. Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the specified requirements.
RIG & DIG SUPPLIERS warrants that all products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Warranty periods vary by product category and will be specified in the product documentation or quotation. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or exposure to conditions beyond the product's specified operating parameters.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation, including proof of purchase and detailed description of the defect. Our quality assurance team will evaluate each claim and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or credit at our sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIG & DIG SUPPLIERS, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for losses resulting from delays in delivery, force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
