High-tolerance precision turning, milling, boring and threading for oil & gas, mining and heavy industrial components. From one-off repairs to production runs.
Our workshop operates CNC and conventional machines around the clock — servicing shafts, flanges, couplings, bushes, valves, and bespoke industrial components to tight tolerances.
High-precision OD and ID turning on components up to 4000mm between centres and 900mm swing. CNC-controlled for consistent, repeatable results.
3-axis CNC milling for keyways, slots, pockets, faces and profiles. Bed size 2000 × 800mm, DRO-equipped conventional mills for one-off jobs.
Horizontal boring to 1200mm depth. Cylinder barrel honing to Ra 0.4μm surface finish for hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
API threads (LTC, BTC, EUE, NUE), NPT, BSP, ACME, Whitworth and metric threads cut or rolled to API 5CT, 5B and ASME standards.
On-site line boring for excavator frames, loader arms and structural components. Combined with hardfacing and build-up welding for worn bores.
CMM dimensional inspection, surface roughness testing, hardness testing, and full material traceability with MTRs and certificates of conformance.
Our machines are calibrated quarterly and operated by coded tradespeople with minimum 10 years experience in industrial machining.
