Full strip, gate and seat ring inspection, grinding and lapping, new packing, bonnet gasket replacement. Shell and seat test to API 598.
Disc and seat ring reconditioning, stem replacement, new packing and gaskets. Stellite overlays on seat faces if required.
Ball and seat inspection, re-lapping or replacement, stem seal and body seal replacement. Torque and seat test on completion.
Disc and seat inspection, PTFE and elastomer seat replacement, shaft and bush replacement. Wafer, lug and flanged body types.
Shell (hydrostatic), seat (hydrostatic and pneumatic), and backseat pressure testing to API 598 / EN 12266-1. Calibrated test records provided.
Pneumatic and electric actuator strip, seal replacement and calibration. Positioner setup and HART/FOUNDATION Fieldbus configuration.

Seats lapped or replaced, new soft goods fitted, stem and packing replaced, reassembled to torque spec. Actuator calibrated where applicable.
API 598 pressure test witnessed and recorded. Certificate of test issued with every valve. Packed and returned on time, every time.
